The Brisbane RNA Showgrounds Master Plan will combine the site's rich history with its future potential. The regeneration will ensure the site becomes a destination synonymous with events, fashion, design, lifestyle and culture, hosting world-class events and shows all year round. The master plan includes: an exhibition/convention centre, A new Fresh Food Market, 340,000m2 of new residential, commercial and retail development located on 5.5ha around the extremities of the RNA site, New large animal pavilions and retention of important Heritage elements.

University of Queensland, Oral Health Centre. This new facility located on the Royal Brisbane Hospital campus. The OHC is intended to be a benchmark building for The University. The design aims to make a strong statement, while complementing the Medical School by setting a courtyard of quality visual and interactive space. This heritage has a footprint of 4500 square metres over 7 levels.
Central Energy Plant: This highly complex project incorporates 3 external power supplies, 5 internal emergency generator facilities, as well as a tri-generation system. CETA systems integrator, VRT Systems, is responsible for the integration of the controls associated with these systems with the Energy Management System based on the CET PecStar software.
Set in the highly sought-after Newstead Riverpark precinct in Brisbane, Gasworks will feature stylish residential apartments, upmarket retail and leisure outlets, A-grade office space and a vibrant plaza with the iconic gasometer frame as its spectacular focal point. VRT Systems, an Authorised SI for CETA, has won the supply of CET electrical meters and software for the integration of the Energy Management System.
King George Central is the first project in Australia to be publicly supported by the Heart Foundation. Design features which earned this support include a cycle centre with full end of trip facilities, a healthy choice cafe and user friendly stairwells running to all floors from the ground level.
Faced with rising energy costs, a significant carbon footprint, and a social responsibility to help the greater community in waste reduction, John Paul College realized the solution lay in better facilities energy management. As a leader in Eco Efficiency Research, implementing an Energy Management System was seen as the a viable path to cost reduction, reducing the operating environmental impact, and helping send the message that John Paul College is a visionary in Environmental sustainability.
The New Beijing CCTV Building is located in the Chaoyang CBD District. It consists of two main towers that are linked together with cantilever structures. The two towers have 52 floors and 44 floors each at a height of 234m and 194m, respectively. The building has a total floor area of 550,000 m2 and is being called the No. 1 Public Building of China. The suspended arms of the two cantilever steel structures span a distance of 75.165m and 67.165m, respectively, from the base of the towers at a height of 162m, resulting in a half-cross, gate-like structure.
CET's PecStar System, an Intelligent Building Power Management System, passed the field acceptance test for the Global Procurement Center at the Wal-Mart Asian Headquarters and received high praise from the customer.
